Q. I've been looking in bookshops in the UK and on the Internet for it. Asked by The Tenth Duke of Chalfont - Wed Jan 9 07:11:02 2008 - - 3 Answers - 1 Comments A. It is still in print, in fact the latest reprint was Sept 2007. Just look on amazon. Most bookshops would order it for you. The publisher is an obscure one. My tip would be to try a university bookshop if there is one nearby, or buy from amazon. Also a university library would probably have it.
