zing's has always offered redactional In the study of literature, redaction is a form of editing in which multiple source texts are combined and subjected to minor alteration to make them into a single work. Often this is a method of collecting a series of writings on a similar theme and creating a definitive and coherent work freedom: artists and curators are invited to submit what they choose with zing publishing the project as is. Contributors have appreciated the opportunity to create projects that they might not otherwise have the chance to create.

zingmagazine is affiliated with the Dikeou collection The Dikeou Collection is a private collection of contemporary art, located in downtown Denver, Colorado, near the Denver Art Museum, 16th Street Mall, and Civic Center. The Dikeou Collection is operated as an extension of Manhattan-based zingmagazine and is known for its installation art, photographs, drawing, and sculpture. It is one of the few in Denver, a non-profit contemporary art collection started by Devon Dikeou and her brother Pany.
