You need a couple people that can design ads and layout effectively a magazine. You need to find a printer that can manage printing your newspaper/magazine You will need to determine approximately how many pages it will be, figure how many issues you will have printed (most have a min of 5000). You want to use a 50-50 (Content-Advertising) ratio. So - if you are doing 24 pages (always in multiple of 4), then 12 will be advertising. Say you do 10,000 copies and it costs $3000 to print. Your base cost is $3000/12 - or $250 per full page. Now - your salespeople will need to earn an income as well - and you want to make a profit.
