What works best for belly flab and the fat that collects under your arms?
Q. I am 5'9 and overweight. I want to get rid of my belly flab and the flab under my arms.The rest of my body is okay I am overweight but my body is basically even all over. It does not look as bad as a lot of overweight people( I guess its because I am tall). The thing is I really need to lose my belly flab and the flab under my arms.What works best?

A. What's up with all the garbage spam replies? Anyhow, you can't exactly spot reduce for weight loss, but you can workout a certain part of your body. For toning the arms, do you have one of those water balls? I'm not exactly the best person when it comes to terminology, haha, but you hold them in your hand and they're filled with water. I got mine from the Special K cereal box along with a fitness DVD last year. I use them and hold my arm out straight, then bring it up to a 90 degree angle. I actually have seen small improvements. Another thing that helps is pushups for myself. Everyone is different but because you're focusing a lot of weight on your arms, you're likely to tone them that way. Also dumbells would work. What women's deoderant works for reducing perspiration and odor?
Q. I use Secret Platinum Invisible Solid Asian Pear and it doesn't really work because there is still lots of perspiration. I guess it works for the odor.

Q. I would really love to become a comedian. What type of material works best for the type of person that is a bit insane, random, and is a kid at heart. This is my passion and I really want to get started. I just need to know how.

Although I think you are asking about what kind of stand-up comedy to focus on, what popped into my head was that to get your creative juices flowing you should join an improvisational comedy troupe, a sketch comedy troupe, or both. Insane and random is exactly what you need for both genres - Random is perfect for improv, where the humor is in the unpredictability, and sketch comedy is great for the insane (you can push the boundaries and make connections others can't). Both methods work wonderfully for the kid at heart, especially improv, because it brings you back to that love of playfulness and creative imagination.
